Administration Denounces 'Democratic Fabrication' as More Epstein Estate Images Disclosed

Democratic lawmakers have released a additional set of what they labeled "troubling" pictures from the estate of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former British royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been seen before—plus another 70 released later on Friday represent a tiny fraction of the almost 100,000 images released to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the actions and ties of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Photos

Among the high-profile individuals visible in the initial batch are well-known figures including movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Statement

The White House reacted to the release in a official comment, alleging Democrats of selectively "choosing" the pictures for electoral motives and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been repeatedly debunked," a presidential representative said, asserting that "this presidency has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by repeatedly calling for disclosure, releasing thousands of pages of papers, and calling for further investigations into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Democratic Lawmaker Statement

The images were published lacking captions, but according to a California Democrat and ranking member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's links with the rich and powerful.

"The moment has come to halt this White House cover-up and bring justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he stated in a statement.

The disclosure of these materials coincides with the House panel pressing on with its probe into the affair.
